2.1 Service Excellence: Waste Solutions Canada Inc. pledges to deliver excellent customer service to all individuals, irrespective of disabilities. Our policies, practices, and procedures will align with the principles of dignity, independence, integration, and equal opportunity.

 

2.2 Communication: We will communicate with individuals with disabilities in ways that take into account their disabilities. This includes training staff on how to interact and communicate with people with various types of disabilities to provide the best service possible.

5.1 Inclusive Design: Currently Waste Solutions Canada Inc. does not maintain any publicly available spaces. If at such time this changes, accessibility principles will be considered into the design of public spaces, ensuring they are inclusive and barrier-free for everyone.
