Megan has held progressively senior roles in sustainability for a variety of sectors including both municipal and post-secondary. With a Masters of Environment and Sustainability and experience executing complex strategies, Megan brings a depth of expertise to our clients seeking to integrate waste optimization into their sustainability goals.

Equipped with his CPA and over a decade in the waste industry, Jason leads our Finance team as we strategize on continued growth and support for our team and valued clients. Having experience in both the private and public sectors, he is able to utilize his knowledge to ensure compliance with regulations while helping find optimal solutions for clients.

Sean is a passionate people leader that has been serving the industrial market space for over 20 years. He has worked for the largest waste hauler in North America holding several positions in the local markets and National Accounts. His abundance of knowledge of waste and recycling optimization has helped hundreds of customers throughout Canada reduce their waste streams while increasing their recycling and in turn strengthening their sustainability to reduce their carbon footprint and costs.

Mark, a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience, brings a wealth of expertise across various technological domains.  He has successfully managed both large and small teams, earning an excellent reputation in the field. His comprehensive knowledge, coupled with his ability to foster team development is a driving force for continuous innovation at the core of our business.
