Equipped with his CPA and over a decade in the waste industry, Jason leads our Finance team as we strategize on continued growth and support for our team and valued clients. Having experience in both the private and public sectors, he is able to utilize his knowledge to ensure compliance with regulations while helping find optimal solutions for clients.

For over 15 years, Mikhael has been at the forefront of the waste and recycling industry. Guided by a deep commitment to innovation and sustainability, he is dedicated to helping businesses grow and thrive through smarter, more efficient solutions. Mikhael’s vast industry experience enables him to navigate challenges with vision, turning obstacles into opportunities and shaping a future where progress and sustainability go hand in hand.

Sean is a passionate people leader that has been serving the industrial market space for over 20 years. He has worked for the largest waste hauler in North America holding several positions in the local markets and National Accounts. His abundance of knowledge of waste and recycling optimization has helped hundreds of customers throughout Canada reduce their waste streams while increasing their recycling and in turn strengthening their sustainability to reduce their carbon footprint and costs.

Mark, a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience, brings a wealth of expertise across various technological domains. He has successfully managed both large and small teams, earning an excellent reputation in the field. His comprehensive knowledge, coupled with his ability to foster team development is a driving force for continuous innovation at the core of our business.

When Jason and his partner Shane co-founded Waste Solutions it was their first day in the waste industry. Their mission was to help client partners reduce cost, increase landfill diversion, and create transparency. In an antiquated industry resistant to change their path to success was not easy. Today, Jason leads one of the strongest teams of smart waste management experts in North America.
